HoSang is Associate Professor of Ethnicity, Race, & Migration and American Studies at Yale University. He is in conversation here with David Blight, director of the Gilder Lehrman Center for the Study of Slavery, Resistance, and Abolition at Yale’s MacMillan Center. This conversation was recorded in April 2021 as part of CIC’s “Legacies of American Slavery: Reckoning with the Past” initiative.
